JOBWP.COM is operated by Hani Bashier LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms apply to general use of the public website and customer portal. Specific services, deliverables, prices, subscriptions and service-level obligations are governed by the applicable accepted order, proposal or written agreement. If an agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement will control for that service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Nature of services
JOBWP provides or proposes technology implementation and related business services. Unless specifically agreed and lawfully authorized, JOBWP is not acting as a licensed employment agency, employer of record, recruitment intermediary, or guarantor of hiring outcomes. Descriptions of future or proposed capabilities do not establish that those capabilities are currently live.
3. Accounts and security
If you create a client account, keep credentials confidential, provide accurate account details and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed under your credentials except where applicable law provides otherwise. The customer portal uses Clientexec software for account, order, invoice and support functionality.
4. Orders and pricing
Public service descriptions are invitations to enquire and not binding offers of fixed deliverables or pricing. An order or project begins only after the terms of a service proposal or applicable customer order are accepted as required. Taxes and third-party charges are addressed in the applicable order, invoice or agreement.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must provide materials you are entitled to use, timely approvals and access to systems where expressly agreed. You must use services lawfully, including complying with employment, consumer, privacy, security, intellectual-property and marketing rules applicable to your operations.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to bypass authentication, probe infrastructure, submit unlawful content, distribute malware, infringe rights, or interfere with other users. Automated data extraction or excessive requests may be restricted.
7. Intellectual property
Website design, wording and JOBWP project materials belong to their respective rights holders. Clientexec and other third-party products retain their own rights and licensing terms. Rights in separately commissioned work depend on the relevant signed agreement. No ownership transfer is implied merely by viewing this website.
8. No hiring guarantee
Technology can support recruitment operations but does not guarantee job applications, candidate suitability, hires, hiring speed or regulatory compliance. Decisions about candidates remain with authorized employers and their personnel.
9. Availability and third parties
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, internet conditions and providers beyond our control. Third-party tools and payment services may have their own terms.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the public website is provided on an as-available basis. Any negotiated limitations of liability for paid services will be specified in the relevant agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
